The Heana Cat
The Heana Cat is a Japanese rock band inspired by the gothic romantic rock music of the 80’s. Hi-chan seamlessly connects multi-layered keyboard melodies with driving guitar licks and racy lyrics to become a musical tsunami that shakes you with her unique music and live performances.
In 2005, Hi-chan formed the band “Skill-up” with some friends in her schools’ music club. Along with her best friend, Hina, they continued with the first phase of their musical journey, releasing song after song including their first hit I want to love(恋がしたい).
Seven years and few member swaps later they changed their name and The Heana Cat was born.
